We provide homeowners with a simple solution to the problem of finding pre-screened, licensed and insured home service professionals, at NO CHARGE to the homeowner. Simply send us your list of home service needs!

We check all contractors in our network for:

2. Insurance
3. Customer References
4. Better Business Bureau/Consumer Affairs Records

We also provide on-going evaluation during the project and follow-up after it is completed!

THE PROCESS

We match our network professionals with the requirements of each homeowner according to budget, project specification, scheduling, flexibility and craftmanship. The process is easy:

1. Homeowner submits project information;
2. We select and schedule an appointment with an appropriate contractor at your convenience;
3. Contractor meets with you;
4. Contractor submits bid or proposal; and
5. You select the contractor.
